The Little Craft Room sells personalised, customised and non-personalised products through our online store.

2. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are responsible for checking that all information supplied is correct, including:

- Dates
- Addresses
- Personalisation details
- Product options
- Quantities
Once an order has been submitted, we may begin preparing or producing it.
For personalised or custom-made products, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
3. Personalised and Custom Products
Many of our products are made specifically to your requirements.
Please check all personalisation carefully before submitting your order.
If incorrect information is supplied by the customer, we cannot normally provide a free replacement or refund.
If we make an error when producing your personalised item, we will put this right in accordance with your statutory rights.
4. Product Appearance
We make every effort to display our products accurately.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device or monitor settings.
For handmade, personalised or individually produced items, small variations may occasionally occur. These do not necessarily mean that the item is faulty.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices shown on our website are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Your order will not normally be processed until payment has been successfully authorised.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address is complete and accurate.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, severe weather, industrial action or courier disruption.

7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Personalised and custom-made products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has started.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask you to provide photographs or other information so that we can investigate the issue.
Where appropriate, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including original product photographs, text, graphics and branding, belongs to The Little Craft Room or is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce or use our original website content for commercial purposes without permission.

If you provide us with photographs, wording, artwork or other content for a personalised product, you confirm that you have the right to use that content.
You must not submit material that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or infringes another person's rights.
We reserve the right to refuse personalised content where reasonably necessary.
11. Our Right to Refuse or Cancel an Order
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- Payment cannot be authorised
- An item is unavailable
- There is an obvious pricing or product error
- The requested personalisation cannot reasonably be produced
- Customer-provided content is unlawful or inappropriate
- We believe an order may be fraudulent
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide an appropriate refund.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
